These Terms govern your access to and use of The Green Room trading bot and related software, dashboards, and services (the “Service”). By entering the room — creating an account, logging in, or using the Service — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement and to trade the assets and markets you choose to connect. You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful where you live.
The Green Room provides research, market analysis, and automated paper-trading tools across crypto and prediction markets. By default it simulates orders (“paper mode”). Any live-trading capability is opt-in, gated behind explicit safety controls, and executes only when you deliberately enable it.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to it, or by using it for unlawful activity or in violation of any exchange’s terms.
The Service relies on third parties (exchanges, market-data providers, and APIs). We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, fees, or actions. Your use of those services is subject to their terms.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or profitable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Green Room and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any trading losses, arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms or the Service at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
